Default photo reduction from Explore, freezes up OE6

When I right click a picture in Explore, pick send to mail recipient, pick
reduce picture, the email pops up, the picture is in the subjectline and the
whole email window is frozen. I can't imput address, subject, access any ot
the options on the bar..... Please HELP!!! I just reloaded XP Professional
and all updates as I have a new HD

Default photo reduction from Explore, freezes up OE6

I just noticed that my attachment appears as the subject, not
attachment...this happens with individual photo's. When I use the same
procedure to attach the whole picture folder, its not a problem
