We have 2 users who cannot open attachmnets from a specific user. When the
sender sends a mass e-mail, with an attachment, all but two users can open the attachment with no problems. The two users that cannot open it, do not even see the attachment in their mail. The users are in a terminal services environment (Server 2003), connecting to the TS through an RDP connection. All users settings in OE6 are identical. The sender does not normally connect to the network through TS, but when he does, all users will get the attachment. We have tried configuring different things on the sender's local machine, to no avail. Any ideas, or suggestions, would be greatly appreciated. -- Be more concerned with your character than with your reputation. Outlook Express does not understand Outlook's RTF format. Ask the Outlook user to please use Plain Text, especially when sending attachments. -- Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM Do not send mail. |
