I can use my hotmail account to send mail but it will not get my hotmail into
Outlook Express. Does anyone else have this problem and if so how did you
correct it? I have tried to set my hotmail up several times I know how to do
this and have it done correctly but when it ask if I want to set up folders
for this account. It keeps coming back and saying they are no available
folders to set up..An unknown error has occured...Please I am going nuts here
trying to do this, any advise would be greatly appreciated....Thanks Kisha

Hello,

Are you using a paid Hotmail account? If not, you can only access mail from
the web unless you were using it before it came into effect.

Yes I do have a paid hotmail account...Im sorry for leaving that out...I have read different things all over the net and still have been unsuccessful at resolving this problem...Again Please help!!!!!!

When did you subscribe to Hotmail Plus or MSN Premium?

Belay that. The Hotmail servers seem to be having problems right now.

Yes I used to get my hotmail in Outlook Express.
The message pops up and says there is not any folders for my hotmail account.
And it says an unknown error has occured.
I can send mail from outlook express using the hotmail account....but can't
receive any mail from my hotmail account in outlook express.

....and Allow Cookies for each domain, in turn.

Ok I am still getting the error message unknown error has occured.
Details I get are as follows....Protocol Httpmail
Port 0
Secure (SSC) 0
Code 8007007e
I dont have any folders for my hotmail and this is what it says when I click
yes to get them....How can I correct this? Thanks so much for all your
