There are two main identities in my Outlook Express although I did not
create an additional one and I would have thought that it was impossible to create two main identities. I cannot delete one using the Manage Identities function. That option is greyed out. This situation means that I cannot backup Outlook Express using third-party software because the latter becomes confused by the duplicate identities. Does anybody please have any solutions? |
