Default Replay All dropping recipient

I am using OE 6.0 in XP Pro SP2. My sisters, mother and I all correspond
daily. When one of my sisters writes a message to all of us, including my
mother, I recieve it fine. If I do a "Reply All" it deletes my mother from
the recipients list (TO. If my mother originates the message it will keep
her on the TO: list.

I have searched extensively and found no answers. I have another computer
in my office that does not have this problem. My mother is a WebTv customer.

The way the Reply All is supposed to work is that it takes looks at the
original message takes all the e-mail addresses in the FROM, TO, and CC
fields, and removes your address and uses that for the reply (your
address goes in the FROM)

Take a look at the Message Source (Ctrl-F3) for the original message and
the reply in the Sent Items folder. See what's ending up in the FROM on
the reply. Does it happen to be your mother's e-mail address?

Thanks Michael,
That didn't help. The replay all in the sent items only has me listed in
the FROM: area. Got to be some reason it keeps dropping my mother and her
only from the recipient list.

In the ORIGINAL message, did you see your mother's e-mail address in the
FROM, TO or CC header? If so, which one.

When looking at the headers, look only at the actual e-mail address
). Ignore any names text.

Does the e-mail address that appears in the FROM header for your REPLY
appear anywhere in the FROM, TO or CC of the ORIGINAL message?
