E-mail's aren't sent (New user...be kind)
Hi,
O/E continues to fail in sending out e-mail. 3 error messages state that my Password was rejected. Operating under my identity, how can that be? HELP! Here's the 3 error messages: There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'pop.charter.net', Server: 'pop.charter.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR invalid user name or password.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92 There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. This is not an error sending email, it is an error receiving email. Please call your ISP and verify your username, password and other settings - your ISP may have changed the mail server as well. Passwords are case sensitive, so it must no only be the same letter/numbers, but use the same upper case and lower case letters that your ISP expects. Give your ISP a call and confirm that you both agree on the password.

As others have pointed out, those are Receiving Mail errors.

Put checkmark to My Outgoing Server needs Authentication. Close OE and the re-open and test.
