Are the users chance using Internet Explorer 7? There are several printing
problems with Outlook Express if IE7 is installed. Or could the user be using a "double byte" character set for encoding messages? You really don't give enough info to hazard a guess. -- Jim Pickering, MVP/Windows Mail applications Please reply ONLY to newsgroup. "Strage007" wrote in message ... I have 2 instances where a user prints an e-mail and their names are truncated by the last letter. They are both using Outlook Express 6.0 for windows 98. I can add an extra letter and then it will print the entire thing, but go back to the original name and it cuts off the last letter. Any help? Strage007 |

To clarify, they are using IE 6.0 with the latest critical updates you can
get on Windows 98. And I don't see any evidence of double byte encoding. "PA Bear" wrote: Are the users chance using Internet Explorer 7? In Win98, Jim? Is it just the email name field, or is it every field that is truncated?
Try adjusting the margins in IE as they dictate how OE prints. Otherwise it sounds as if its a bug. steve "Strage007" wrote in message ...
