Default Outlook Express 6 Unable to log on after Vacation

I receive the following error and have no clue on how to fix it. It worked
fine before I left. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the
connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account:
', Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F. I acn Access
my email on a separate account on the same computer. Can some one help
Please. Thanks

This is usually caused by scanning e-mail, or an anti-spam program.

Turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer
of protection that eats up CPUs and causes a multitude of problems such as
time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A/V program will
continue to protect you sufficiently. For more, see:
http://www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

After you turn it off, go to Tools | Accounts Mail | Properties | Servers
and enter the correct settings.
