same account, i cannot receive it? i can receive mail from any other
account, but cannot send myself anything at that account.

i did look at those two posts, the one being a question that i answered but
still did not receive solution. thanks & let me know if you have any
ideas...

To whom are you replying? To keep track of things, it helps immensely if
you include all of previous message(s) in your replies to the newsgroup.

Nor this:

Check in OE at Tools, Message Rules for the Blocked Sender list and Mail
rules. If that e-mail address is specified in either of those, that
could cause the problem.

Also, if you are running any anti-spam software, check that.
