Issue: (OS= W2K SP4) Whenever I send my carefully edited emails, the
'sent' output produces unwanted line changes in the middle of a line - like so: EXAMPLE: Whenever I send my carefully edited emails, the 'sent' output produces unwanted line changes in the middle of a line - like so: Questions: What font and editing settings in OE will most likely prevent that behavior? Will HTML (Rich text) or Plain Text behave the same on this issue? If I begin editing & email in MS Word, do I need to use the same suggested OE settings? Thanks - Blithe |

That happens when you either copy/paste text into OE or you use the
Enter key at any point other than the end of a paragraph. OE wraps the text when written to the Outbox. You may see some improvement if in Tools, Options, Send, Mail, Plain Text settings to switch to MIME Quoted-printable. But even there it will depend on the mail client the recipient is using and the size of the message reading window. The bottom line is that e-mail is not designed for "carefully edited" messages.
