When i receive a message with an annimated .gif or just a .jpg image that I
want to save to another folder, I get the error. How can the system not recognize this file if in fact I am looking at it, can copy and paste it to another message- but still with even that...that image can't be found or sent?!? |

In Internet Explorer, try clearing the Temporary Internet Files (TIF).
Tools, Internet Options, General, TIF, Delete Files, Delete Offline Content (check the box), then OK. If you still have problems try File, Save Attachments. IF the image doesn't show an as an attachment as would be the case with an embedded HTML image, switch to read in Plain Text mode in Tools, Options, Read, Read all message in plain text. If already viewing the problem message, you'll need to switch to another message then back for it to take effect The Image or music file should now appear as an attachment that can be saved. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Joe P."
