Newsgroups Won't Download
I am using Windows XP Home Edition, IE6 and OE6.
After I installed Norton Security 2007, I started having trouble downloading news messages from Earthlink servers. At first, I could only download previously downloaded unread messages. Then no messages at all. I contacted Earthlink who said there was no problem with the servers. We tried different views and checked that my account settings were correct. I tried creating a new account but I get an error message that am unable to download newsgroups. Any suggestions?
