Default Automatic creation of an Address Book group?

Question 1:
My organization has a text file of e-mail addresses that are comma
delimited. Is there a utility that can take that file
as input and create as output an Outlook Express Address Book group?

Question 2:
Is there a limited to the number of e-mail addresses (or total characters)
that can be pasted into the "To:" field in the box used for Send'ing?

Thanks! -- Sam

If you're willing to rearrange the info so that it conforms with the
following form, and then save the results as a CSV (comma separated value)
file, it can then be imported:

First Name,Last Name,Middle Name,Name,Nickname,E-mail Address,Home
Street,Home City,Home Postal Code,Home State,Home Country/Region,Home
Phone,Home Fax,Mobile Phone,Personal Web Page,Business Street,Business
City,Business Postal Code,Business State,Business Country/Region,Business
Web Page,Business Phone,Business Fax,Pager,Company,Job
Title,Department,Office Location,Notes,

If you have Excel (MS Office application) installed, it's easy to setup in
that application. Good luck.
