Default Doubled up emails in Outlook Express

Can anyone advise me if there is some quick way of reducing emails that I
have accidentally restored from back up twice so that I have one of each
again?

Is there some way of doing it rather than having to delete one at a time? I
have thousands doubled up by mistake.

My back up has them doubled up as well now due to a separate mistake so I
cannot achieve what I need by dumping and restoring again.

Many thanks
