After updating OE to 6.00.2800.1106, the newsreader function "Reply Group" no
longer works. I click the button and type my reply, but after clicking Send,
a small dialog box with three buttons and a checkbox pops up. But there is
no text on any of these controls. I clicked on all three buttons anyway but
nothing happens ie. the message does not get sent.

The problem does not happen when posting new messages; only when replying to
existing ones.

Any ideas?

That is an old problem that was fixed. Go to Windows Updates and download
all critical patches.

If that does not solve the problem, post back and include your Windows
version, and in OE | Help | About, include what you see for msoe.dll.

The funny thing is that I was running what I thought was the latest version
of OE6 (6.00.2800.1106) so this old problem shouldn't be rearing its ugly
head. Anyway, I re-applied IE 6 SP1 and it is working fine now.
