Cannot receive mail through Outlook Express
I cannot receive emails( I can send) through Outlook Express and I'm
getting the message: "The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Outlook Express Mail', Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E " It doesn't seem to be a server problem since I can receive emails on my laptop. The emails are also received through my hotmail account. Previous to this error message, I lost all of my emails and folders in OE. Any advice on how or what to do to fix this error...most sites I've gone to want me to purchase a program that will fix OE problems and I'm not sure if this is what needs to be done. Thanks
