Default Help - How to transfer Outlook Express Message Rules

I am about to transfer all of my Outlook Express files from one PC to
another. I am familiar to Import & Export Messages, but I haven't found any
way to transfer 'Message Rules' for Mail, News & Blocked Senders List. Is
there any simple way to transfer them, or I have to go through the
re-typing process?

I am using WinXP Pro., with SP2 and all the latest updates.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

If you are transferring to another PC, and have access to a Windows XP setup
