Default Another can't get passes login question

I too get the following message all of a sudden:

-- Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username and password
are correct. Account: 'Hotmail', Server:
'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail,
Server Response: 'Invalid login.', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC32

I have not downloaded anything new. I deleted my hotmail account, changed my
password from the hotmail site then tried to add the account again to Outlook
but I still get the same message.

When you get that message, try the web interface and see if it's
working. The server for Hotmail continues to have problems and is often
offline for extended periods of time. Or just wait a few hours and try
again and it should be working.

I am able to get the email thru the web interface but still today I can't get
the messages thru Outlook. I didn't have a problem with this until this
weekend.

You might want to try deleting the account, closing the Mail application
and reopen it and recreate the account. If you are trying it with more
than one Hotmail account in an identity, I'd suggest creating new
identities for each additional Hotmail account. Or create a new
identity and set up the Hotmail account only in it and test it.

Then I really have no idea what it may be, other than Hotmail's servers
are notorious for having problems and I'd just use the web interface
from now on.
