My OS is Widows 98 2nd edition
My Outlook version is 6 In mail Options under “Sendâ€, mail sending format is HTML. Under Compose/Stationary/mail I have added a stationary consisting in a text written in htm format. Almost all recipients receive clearly any message I compose. However, some of them receive a message little bit difficult to read especially the stationary text (“characters are almost half printedâ€). Nonetheless, they have reported that, when they reply to the message, my message text and the stationary text, in the reply message, are automatically displayed perfectly. Why? What is it to be done to adjust this? Thanks in advance Carlo |

The reply will be ok because they are set to reply in the same format has received, OEtoolsoptionssend tab. -- Regards Steve. MS-MVP. OE. [DTS] |

In messages from them, take a look at the Message Source (Ctrl-F3) and
look for the X-mailer header. That will give a clue as to the mail program they are using. Perhaps they are using some mail program that can't handle the HTML well. If you like, you may send a sample e-mail to me and I'll take a look at it to see if there is anything likely to cause problems. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "carlo" wrote in message news ![]() My OS is Widows 98 2nd edition My Outlook version is 6 In mail Options under "Send", mail sending format is HTML. What I need to see is an original message from you, not the reply from
your friend. I did not find any e-mail from you. Just compose a new sample message with your stationery and e-mail it to me -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "carlo" wrote in message ...
