I recently purchased a used notebook computer with Windows XP installed. Soon
after I started using it, I noticed that Outlook Express starts automatically when MS Internet Explorer is running. I haven't seen it happen when I run other applications. I don't want OE to start by itself, but I don't know how to configure it so that it doesn't. I've carefully examined all the settings in both OE and MSIE, but couldn't find any that would explain this behavior. Can anyone help me out with this? |
