Why don't pictures show up in the emails I receive in outlook express



when i get a e mail in outlook express, i get the text, but if ther a
picture under it, all i get is a box where the picture suppose to be
and a gree, red blue icon on top left of box



i look for seting to change some ting but seem not to be able to, but i
nevr had this problem before,

There are a few possibilities. Some are on the sender's end, and some may be
on your end.

do you know, if you have choice in the menu tools, then
options,then security tab select Internet zone(less secure, but more
functional)
