I understand the first step.
The second step confuses me. How do I format that, in Word, to a CSV file? Thanks "PA Bear" wrote: CrystalBall© sez: 1. Export your current Address Book as a text (CSV) file: Address Book File Export Other address book ... Examine the file's formatting. 2. Open the semi-colon delimited file you want to import Format like the one you exported in #1 above, then import it via File Import Other address book. -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-Windows (IE/OE, Shell/User, Security), Aumha.org VSOP, DTS-L.org Mavityre wrote: Hi folks. I know this has been answered but I have a slightly different problem. The email spider I am using only gives me the option to save the address's as semi-colon delimited, tab delimited, or line feed delimited. I'm sure there is a way to pen it in Word and change it, but I'm at a loss. Thanks Brian |
