Default folders not arranged alaphabetically

I am using Outlook Express 6 on my Windows 2000 PC. My problem is that
whenever I open my folder to attach some documents to an outgoing mail,
I find that my folders and documents are not arranged by name. I
constantly need to "Arrange Icons by Name". However whenever I open
that folder independently of Outlook Express, the folders and documents
are arranged by name. The interesting thing is that this problem only
occurs on my PC. Whenever I use Outlook on another PC to access my
folder (my folder is shared on our company's intranet), the folders
are arranged according to their name. What exactly is happening here
and how can I resolve this?

Default folders not arranged alaphabetically

Items in "Open" and "Save As" Dialog Boxes Sorted Incorrectly
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=229070
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=233526
If those don't help, In Windows File Explorer, select Tools, Folder
Options, View, Reset All Folders.
