When I open an e-mail it appears as a small box on the screen.

Can anyone please tell me how to set the default so that all messages open
as full screen size?

Whichever shortcut you are using to launch the window, right click it and
select properties. Under the 'Run' drop-down, choose "Maximized".

If the window still opens small, try this next:

First, *close all other windows*. Now, grab the corners of the window and
drag it to full screen size. Close the window using FileClose, or FileExit
depending what program you're in. Windows will remember the last screen size
used the next time you open the program.

I had a similar problem so when I received the email, I resized it on screen
by dragging and clicking the sides of the box.
Thereafter all my emails came in the last formatted size. I am no tech
though so could be some other progam settings on my computer
