Default Message Source Interpretation

Small home network, Win XP, IE 7, OE 6, all updates

Have received email from two different people. Each has it's own distinct
email address, but both have the same IP Address in their "Message Source".

Is there a way to tell if both these messages came from the same computer?
Can't locate any guidance on the Internet.

Thanks
