I am use Win XP SP3 with Office 2003.
How can I set OE as the mail program for the Guest account, which does not have administrator privileges? I go into IE Internet Options Programs, select OE for E-Mail, then click OK. But when I re-enter IE Internet Options Programs, E-Mail has reverted to Outlook. I presume that is the reason why I cannot forward NG postings from OE. I get the Microsoft Office Outlook error "no profiles have been created". I have tried configure IE Internet Options Programs when do no other programs are running, notably OE. If non-administrator Guest is not permitted to make such a change, how can someone do this for Guest from an user account that does have administrator privilege? |
