Apologies if this is duplicated, I tried posting a new question and it
crashed on submission so not sure if it will appear twice or not...apologies if it does. Hi all I have a strange problem with the Outlook calendar that I am hoping that someone can give me some help with. I have several users that are assistants to departmental heads, if they edit/delete meetings/appointments from their bosses calendar then the changes are not reflected when their boss looks at their calendar within Outlook. I havent checked as of the time of posting this message whether its the same view within OWA but will check that ASAP. We are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 (although on previous version of 2003 then it was still happening) and both parties are using Outlook 2003. I have tried deleting and recreating email profiles for both parties concerned and this has made no difference. I have also done a search on the general knowledge base and not found anything of interest so far. The only way to change the meeting/appointment time is to log in as the person concerned (the departmental head) and change it manually that way. Has anyone else had this issue before and if so, how did you fix it ? Thank you very much for any help anyone can give. Regards David Thomas |

Several possible scenerios:
1) Are Blackberry's involved in this? 2) Is everyone on the same version of Outlook? 3) Is everyone in Cache Mode? 4) Is anyone using OWA to update? 5) Is it all one manager that is involved? 6) Is it all one delegate that is involved? I ask because, it is possible for any one of these issues to be the cause of the issue. All of them show a synch problem at some level. Nikki "David Thomas" wrote in message ...
