Trying to create new appointments in my calendar, but it does nothing. I
have tried it several different ways, using file, new, appointment also going
to the calendar and highlighting a time and right click to select new
appointment and nothing happens.

I am able to create appointments in other calendars that I have permission
to, it is just my own calendar.

Also cannot open existing appointments.

Try resetting the view.
