How can I move my contact birthdays to my outlook calender automatically (ie:
I don't have to individually make an event for each one)

Outlook should create a birthday event automatically when you add the
contact, provided you specified the contact's birthdate. Are you saying
this didn't happen?

they should be created when you create the contact - if they were not
created (they are not when you import contacts), you'll need to either edit
the contact to kick it into creating the birthday appointment or use a
utility to create them.
