I think you can change that in the properties of the Calendar folder (right
click on the folder and choose Properties). There should be a tab for security "OneTimeQuestioner" wrote in message ... |

If they're seeing it in Free/Busy when they schedule a meeting with you, then stop publishing your free/busy information. ToolsoptionsCalendar OptionsFree/Busy Options. Just to add a bit to Brian's suggestion, it is always helpful to include:
