Hi all, My company uses group schedules within Outlook 2002. and a group
policy to set (within outlook), Months of Free/Busy information Published = 12 (months). The problem is ,when users choose their group schedules to view, it only displays (going backwards) upto the first day of the month and shows no information, but CAN view 12 months going forward eg. If its now June 15th, users can only view backwards to June 1st. eg If its now December 27th, users can only view backwards to December 1st. Any help appreciated...................I Kit Exchange server 2003 Version: 5.2.3790.0, On a Windows Server 2003 Std |

I don't think that's configurable... the free/busy data is stored in a
message which is then published to a hidden public folder - it needs to have finite limits otherwise the size of the PF just gets out of hand. But maybe someone out there knows otherwise... -- TechieBird http://bwain-dump.blogspot.com "Iry" wrote: Hi all, My company uses group schedules within Outlook 2002. and a group policy to set (within outlook), Months of Free/Busy information Published = 12 (months).
