The problem with this method is that you will no longer be able to
update the meeting(s) if the need arises. I would suggest the following: - Create a NEW CALENDAR folder - Name it something like "Reservation Calendar" Then when you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, just use the "Reservation Calendar" and send it out. I believe if you create a second calendar folder, then drag the item to that folder, no cancellation message will be generated, even if you delete it from the second folder.
