need to retrieve disappearing calendar items
I have email thru an exchange which I also receive on my Blackberry. I sync
my Blackberry with the RIM Blackberry Desktop Manager. I use Microsoft 2007. Where do I go on Outlook and on my blackberry and is there a setting I should set on the Desktop Manager too? Finally, is there a way for me to restore the calendar items that have disappeared? They are not in my deleted folder or Archive folder. What steps can I take to restore my calendar from a back up file? Will you please be specific about the steps to take to fix this issue? Is there a tech support # I can call for step by step guidance? -- with thanks, Nancy
