Calendar Printing Assistant is picking up old recurring appointments - things
that had a terminal date months ago. These appointments are not visible in my regular Outlook calendar. Does anyone know how to prevent these outdated recurring appointments from printing on future months? They can be see whether I choose a Daily, Weekly or Monthly view in Calendar Printing Assistant. |

if you look at your calendar using a view such as By Category, can you find
these events? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: "VCW" wrote in message ... I can see them if I look at all Recurring Appointments, and I can see that
the Recurrence Range End dates are in the past (e.g., 5/19/09, 8/20/09, 6/1/09. etc.). And there are a large number of terminated Recurring Appointments that are not showing up. The ones that are showing up seem mainly to have terminated since May. I don't use categories, so view By Category isn't useful. I am also having this problem. Old recurring appointments are showing up in
the printing assistant even though the recurrence ended months ago. I also have a few one time appointments from the past that are showing up in printing assistant for the upcoming week even though they are not on the calendar since they are from months ago. Has this issue been resolved? I would like to print calendars through CPA,
but I can't since it shows incorrect appointments (some are expired recurring appointments and some current recurring appointments are not displayed). -- Joni "VCW" wrote: I can see them if I look at all Recurring Appointments, and I can see that the Recurrence Range End dates are in the past (e.g., 5/19/09, 8/20/09, 6/1/09. etc.).
