Default [Exchange 2003] Duplicate entrys on Public Calendar to Private

Is there a way to have entries on a Public Calendar automatically duplicate
on to various personal calendars? We'd like to set-up a public calendar that
we can place meetings on and have those meetings automatically populate
users' personal calendars. (Without the need to have meeting requests sent to
their inbox. And done on exchange, so the clients don't need to be open.)

Thanks,
Chad

you can use folder assistant on mail-enabled public folders to forward the
new appointments to the users mailbox.
