So whatever I've named my profile will be the name of my data file?

Also, what if the OpenOutlook Data File command automatically doesn't open
to where the data file is located? How would I verify where/in which
folder/directory the file is?

Click FileOpenOutlook Data File. You should see "work.pst" in the list of
files you can select. Click it and then click OK.
