Hi
I run Office 2003 on XP. I work in a busy office where I am responsible for resourcing programmes over some 30 odd calendars. Often we hold dates in multiple people's diaires when in the end only 2 or 3 will be needed. What is the best way to use Outlook in this way as I understand you can never 'delete' someone from a meeting. As there can be multiple changes to who will be running programmes until the actual dates it can be hard to keep diaries up to date especially when users are not particuarly adept or understanding of the softwares limitations Thanks Jude |
