Hi -- I'm not an English native speaker so please apologize my language.
My boss asked me to schedule meetings between him and a group of people who might want to meet with him one by one, at a difference time within a week time. There's about 15 pp. that I'm going to ask if they would want time with the boss or not and I will have to keep track of who wants to meet and what day/time. I think I will send a meeting invitation email to the group of 15 and block that whole week for them to meet with the boss. Then I will ask them to respond. Decline, if they don't need the meeting or propose specific time that they'd like to meet with the boss. Do you guys think this is a good start? But I still have a few questions concerning this. Should I do this appointment on my main calendar only, otherwise, the automatic update won't happen. Right? And, is there a point of including my boss email in this invitation so, he can see who wants to meet with him too? Does this make sense at all? Please advise... Thanks in advance. |
