Is there any way in Outlook to push out a shared calendar that will
automatically appear in other users's calendar view? We'd like to
avoid having to diseminate instructions on how to add a shared
calendar since most of our users are not very tech savvy...doing it
for them would be nice, if possible.

Not really... but what version of Outlook and are you using Exchange?
