Default Meeting Invitation Status

I organize numerous meetings at a local hosptial... It would help immensely
if I could have the ability to print the list of attendees and each attendees
response. ALT+PRINT SCREEN only prints the current screen(current HELP
suggestion) and not all 100 people that I have invited. I am surprised there
isn't the ability to do this like you can print your task list (where I can
select table style).

I love the suggestion below on the ability to email "only the yes
responders" with extra details and the sort option on the attendees on the
tracking tab!!! Ahhh bliss!!!! The decliners get irritated with annoying
update meeting emails come about a meeting they already declined!

I would like to add to the previous suggestion/discussion: When I receive a
response from a meeting invitee, in that person's email are 3 lines:
Accepted, Tentative, Declined. And on each line is the name of each invitee
and their status. It's VERY easy to read...contrast that with my meeting
invitation's tracking tab where I have to pick through the "Response" column
to see what everyone's status is. If nothing else, I would be happy if I
could sort by "Response" column.

Add to that the ability to email invitees by their status (i.e., send mail
to all who didn't respond to the invitation, or to all who declined it, etc.)
and I'm even more efficient.

| SAB asked:

| After scheduling an appointment for a meeting, I would like to print
| the list of attendees (on the tracking tab) with the information
| contained within a field of their contact information (like employee
| number) without making a separate document linking this information.
| Is there a way to print the tracking tab? and can I customize it to
| show a field contained in each contact's card?

|Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] replied:

|No, but this is a feature that the Outlook MVPs have requested be included
|in the next version of Outlook.
