Hi all,
I have user A who is a delegate to the mailbox of user B. B receives a meeting invite, that was sent to a group of people. A forwards the meeting request to user B, asking whether he wants to attend this meeting. However, instead of merely going to user B, the entire group receives the forwarded meeting request. These users are using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. The meeting request was forwarded by opening the invite and clicking the Forward icon (there's no Reply to All button overthere). Is anyone familiar with this & how to avoid this? Thanks, Koen |
