Default Outlook 2002 Calendar Form Error

Currently have Windows XP Home Edition w/SP3 Build 2600. Just had computer
hard drive replaced and the old one re-imaged on the new drive. When I try
to open an appointment in the calendar for Outlook 2002, I now get an error
that says the form is wrong. Cannot save new appointments either. No
problems with eithe the Contacts or Tasks. Can anyone tell me how to correct
this or reset the calendar forms back to the original one?
