This error usually occurs when you are using a trial version and upgrade it. Your profile is probably corrupt.

Try exporting your current mailbox in a PST file.

Create a new profile

Control Panel- Mail icon- Profiles- New.

Then import your PST file into your new profile.

Hope this helps!

Exporting and importing are never the proper way to to move data between
Outlook profiles. If the data is on an Exchange or IMAP or Live server, then
there's no need to export the data and import it later because it's on the
server. If the data is in a PST, then the PST can simply be reused in the new
profile.

Brian,

You are correct. If Sabot79 is configured with an Exchange setup then syncing should not be a problem. Sabot79 did not indicate his email configuration.

Also, if this user deletes the profile without exporting the PST file, then they lose the PST file if they are not on Exchange. Your answer assumes the user already has the mailbox in a PST which is not common.

Thanks for the input Brian...Sabot79 maybe you can help us help you more effectively if you give a little more detail about your Outlook configuration.
