Default current date not default in month view

On March 30th my default month view in outlook is showing Feb 23rd as the
highlighted date & it is positioned in the upper left hand corner. Others in
my company are having the same problem. Is this a bug or am I alone?

See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/wrongdate.htm - its because you use
compressed weekends and don't begin the month on sunday.

I am having the same problem, but I do have compressed weeks turned off and
my calander is set to start on sunday. Any other reason this would happen?
