Due to the fact that I cannot synch my PDA with my Outlook calendar at work,
I've had to resort to making sure that I keep my home calendar completely up to date manually. Then to "synch" with my work calendar, I export it and then bring it to work. At work, I delete my calendar and then import the calendar from home. My issue is that when I delete my calendar at work, I get many, many prompts about deleting a meeting and asked if I want to send a response to the organizer or to just delete the meeting. I would rather it just delete the meetings with no prompt. Is there anyway to set that up? I've looked through all the program options, but cannot seem to find any setting for that. I am using Outlook 2003 at work. Thanks, Merg -- Today''s problems don''t worry me, I haven''t solved yesterday''s yet. |
