Do you mean to keep the calendar for the hair salon or to remind yourself
you have an appointment there?

To keep the appoint schedule for the entire salon, I am the bookkeeper and
they do it on paper and it would be nice if they could have it on the
computer and keep client info in the contacts. THis would include about 5
stylist per day, so it would have to be shared.

You'll need some type of backend software to allow people to share Outlook
calendars. Exchange or the Small Business Server from Microsoft or ShareO
from 4Team (http://shareo.4team.biz/) are examples. One of the other 4Team
products might be suitable as well, like Workgroup Calendar."
