Has anyone ever used Outlook to make appointments for a Hair Salon?

Appointments
To keep the appoint schedule for the entire salon, I am the bookkeeper and
they do it on paper and it would be nice if they could have it on the computer and keep client info in the contacts. Exchange or the Small Business Server from Microsoft or ShareO from 4Team (http://shareo.4team.biz/) are examples.
