Default Adding background image to New Appointment

Can a background image be added to a new appointment being scheduled? I have
added background images to new messages, but can't seem to find a way to add
one to an appointment request that I'm sending. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

You can use the Insert menu or copy and paste. If you want to use
stationery, either open it in a browser and copy and paste or use Insert,
Insert as text.

Thank you Diane. This doesn't seem to be working in Outlook 2003. I'm trying
to have a jpg image be set as background so that once it's received, it won't
have to be clicked on to be viewed.

How did you insert it and what happens when you send it?

Default Adding background image to New Appointment

I tried a number of different ways. I copied a gif image from a Power Point
presentation into the body of a meeting request. I also did this with a jpg
image. In both cases, it looks correct on my computer, but when I send it,
the person receiving it has to double click on an icon to open the image.
When I did this process with the gif image and sent it to people internal to
my company, it worked perfectly, but when sending outside the organization,
the recipient had to double click an icon to open the image. I noticed that
in a standard email message (not meeting request), I can set the image as a
background and then it works fine. I'm just hoping that i can do this same
thing within the body of a meeting request so that the image will not have to
be double clicked to open. Thanks again for your help.
