I use Outlook 2003 (SP3) on a corporate Exchange server. I have my own
personal mailbox as well as a shared mailbox/task id which myself & other colleagues use. My issue is that when a colleague uses the shared mailbox/task id to send a calendar meeting invite, the repsonses from the invitees not only appear in the shared mailbox, they also appear in my own personal mailbox even though I had nothing to do with the meeting invte. This issue is dirving me crazy! There is no delegation involved at all - we're all simply 'owners' or 'editors' of the shared mailbox. What do I need to do to ensure that the shared mailbox calendar meeting responses only appear in the Inbox of the shared mailbox, and not in my personal Inbox also ?? Any help would be much appreciated! |
