Default Hide calendar Outlook 2003

I have a client that would like to use only the public calendar in Outlook
and hide everyone's personal calendar. We are using exchange 2oo7 standard
and Outlook 2003. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Oliver,

The only right click option I have is Delete. The message that pops up
states "Calendar" is a special folder. Special folders cannot be deleted.

Dear Tmarvin,

you can not delete Outlook default folders. This means, that you can not
delete your own "Personal Folder: Calendar"

You asked:
and hide everyone's personal calendar.

You can hide additional calendars, from any other coworker, but not the
"Personal Folders: Calendar.
I understand your question in the way, that you need to no "additional
clendars" not the default one.

You can't do it because outlook displays the user's default calendar in the
calendar module first.

You can hide calendars in the list by moving them to a new group then
collapsing the group, but it wouldn't do much good for the default calendar
since outlook will always show the default calendar when you open the
calendar module... plus each user would need to make the new group and move
the calendar to it. Its not possible to automate it.

there are sync tools that will sync the public and personal calendars. See
