Multiple Appointments import file
Hi,
I help run a small rugby club with 5 teams and 250 players. I would like to distribute a file to all club members with the fixture list for the season that will automatically add the appoints to the members Calendars. Q1 - How do I create the file? Q2 - If fixtures change can I just send the update file? Thanks, Conor. |

What version of Outlook? Will everyone use this version?
They'll need to add it to their calendar by opening and saving - nothing will be 100% automatic. If everyone uses outlook 2007 or a calendar that supports internet calendar subscriptions you could publish it and update it as needed - updates get picked up by the subscription service. But they need to subscribe. This will work on many current calendars including calendars for Mac and the Google calendar - it will not work for old versions of outlook. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
